It´s certainly theoretically possible to work here in Sweden as a personal assistent for disabled people even though one can't speak a word of Swedish. However it´s most likely rather difficult to find someone to hire you.
Not all disabled people that are entitled to a personal assistent are Swedish speaking themselves so in such a case it could of course be to your benefit if you are fluent in their native tongue. In those cases however I don't really think that English and Spanish are among most sought after languages, even though they are among the most popular languages worldwide.
